“Culinary Dream, Patagonia 2015” invites the global movement of members committed with 1% For The Planet to join this campaign that build a choice of sustainable development to an environment seriously menace by depredation of mining projects.

Chosen as the Gourmand Best Cookbook of the World 2012, Patagonia Cuisine is a masterpiece that put together historic and cultural background of Patagonia with gastronomic maps, local recipes and culinary tours.
The new edition of this awarded book will be financed 100% by donations and the copies will be distributed worldwide. The book will include the names of the donators that support the “Culinary Dream, Patagonia 2015”.
